All targets chucked away due to nearly 4 months of the year eaten up with decorating and DIY preparing to sell then sorting the new house. Still turned out to be a good year for riding. New record month in August.

2015 numbers

196 rides

2417.9 miles

55891m climbed

250.09 hours out on a bike

202.92 hours moving on a bike

A fair bit of running (for me)

55 runs

116.7 miles

2453m climbed

19.44 hours running

The intended racing took a back seat so the XC season passed me by but

2 CX races (Go Ride “parents”  events) 3rd place and basically last as I blew up the chainring while leading (3metres into the race) and ended up on a 20″ wheeled Islabike.

2 Enduros (Whinlatter was a muddy disaster and Ard Rock was ridden more like a Marathon race)

2 XC Races including SSUK where I was about 10th

1 Mini downhill race

2 Hill Climbs both PBs

2 New Bikes

Not a lot of Commutes

Target is more of the same without the 4 months of minimal riding but more running and time on a Turbo trainer might eat into the overall.

This will be my first year as a Veteran so hopefully I’ll manage most of the Nutcracker series and the local Friday nights. Oh and to massively improve my Hill Climb times again.
